RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
Refunds will be provided for beach rental equipment if requested within 1 hour of the initial rental, provided the equipment remains unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as agreed. After 1 hour, no refunds will be provided, but exchanges may be possible subject to availability. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for rental equipment returned damaged or not in its original condition.
